The challenge will be run through an app called trainerize. This is your portal that has ALL of your workouts every single day in it. You will also receive an e-book with all the information you need in order to get the BEST results and most importantly LEARN. The winners of the challenge will be based on most participation and best transformation. Their will be a weekly task posted in our community channel for women to recieve more participation points and of course, to learn more!
